Biography

Sara is a first-year doctoral student in the Hamilton Health Lab. She earned her undergraduate degree from Oberlin College before joining Dr. Nancy Hamilton at the University of Kansas to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology (Health Track). Her research interests include exploring the intersection of sleep and health, specifically the bidirectional relationship between sleep and both mental and physical well-being. She is particularly interested in developing and refining interventions to improve sleep, as well as examining broader health behaviors related to sleep.
