Biography

Anna Quesada is a doctoral student in Clinical Health Psychology as well as the laboratory manager. Anna is interested in on the effects of trauma on women’s health and sleep as well as nonconventional treatment methods. Specifically, she is interested in post-traumatic nightmares after sexual assault as well as perinatal and postnatal sleep. She is also deeply committed to social justice and activism, guided by the belief that the personal is political. She aims to integrate these values into her research and clinical work, advocating for holistic approaches to mental health that consider the complex intersections of identity, trauma, and well-being.
